Exploring Savannah 2023

ACCENT group with our tour leader at the Tybee Island Marine Science Center

ACCENT group observes the African-American Monument on River Street. The statue is the first major monument in Savannah to commemorate the contributions of its Black citizens to the city’s history, economy and culture, and to acknowledge its role in the institution of slavery.
